British Land was named AJ100 Client of the Year 2020 for its pursuit of net zero carbon real estate by 2030 on schemes including the pioneering 1 Triton Square in London.

The February 2021 AJ100 Club event heard from the architect and engineer behind the project, Arup. It’s architectural design team will discuss how ambitious goals for the circular economy and carbon reduction were achieved at 1 Triton Square, resulting in one of British Land’s first BREEAM ‘Outstanding’ rated buildings and a model for reuse of existing buildings.

Our speakers from Arup Architecture were director Nick Jackson and architects Christina Cox and Philip Egan.
