While the big news may seem to be that this car will arrive in early 2024 with a price tag of just $35K, the real news here is what you get and what you don't: Google's operating system on a large center screen; stylish, comfortable seats in leatherette if you like; wireless Apple CarPlay and sharp LED headlights. Oh, and 268 HP and a 275 mile range. Upgrade for a panoramic sunroof, heated seats and the premium sound bar from Harman Kardon. Even with everything, including the dual motor with AWD, 422 HP and a 265 mile range, the price is still under $47K.
