Reached on time. We have finished the immigration within 10 mins. Then waiting to board bangalore flight at gate no Z62.
The airport officials stared the doc verification at 11 Am to board the passengers. The following docs are verified.

Self declaration form
Online registration on Indian embassy of German
Passport verification
Boarding pass
Health declaration form (don't confuse, some official asked this form and confused few passengers including me. But finally agreed with long conversation that the self declaration form and health declaration form are same and it includes the health details as well. Then they have allowed to board us).

Reached Bangalore @2.35AM on 23rd Feb(30 mins delay).
Followed the below procedures
Normal health check (thermal )
Verified the RT-PCR Report
Submitted the self declaration form (they have verified few details and address )
Allowed for immigration
Security check for hand luggage
Then allowed to take check-in luggages
Moving out to the airport to pick up taxi.
Molecular Test - no where asked us to take this test in Bengaluru airport.
