As the new extension blocks have been built and part of the central atrium modernised, Nanyang Polytechnic brought Kone to install these new escalators of the TravelMaster 110 model. Unlike the Thyssens where they immediately start once you activate them, this takes some time to get it back to normal operation due to the use of inverter.
