An additional elevator next to the main entrance meant for wheelchair and people with luggages since the entrance is slightly higher than the street. This elevator isn't that too special but the ground floor is what makes it slightly interesting since elevators with ground floor numbering are extremely rare in Singapore (there are only a handful of them in the country).

The buttons are Singapore exclusive as they were designed to comply with the local disability regulations. Same with the voice announcement.
