These are Mitsubishi elevators in the office tower section. These elevators are divided into 2 zones, i.e. low zone and high zone. The low zone elevators (Lift 12A, 14, 15, 16) serve B1 until 6th floor, while the high zone elevators (Lift 11, 12, 17, 18) serve 6th floor until 12th floor as well as B1 and Ground Floor.
