These are 4 Pillar escalators in the expansion area of Blu Plaza. According to Google Earth Pro, they was built the expansion area around the end of 2008 and maybe they installed these escalators in mid 2009. I don't know why they use generics for the escalators instead of Sigma like the elevators.
