We have our appointment booked for our daughter's passport renewal (after many attemps, emails etc). It is a patience game to get an appointment. I feel sad for those having to book the normal passport renewal or new portal lane. It took 3 weeks to get to the urgent appointment. I would not want to be impatient, to have to wait for the normal renewal process that's for sure.
