Who said GoPro footage was bad?
In this video we compare the GoPro HERO 5 footage that has been filmed on a gimbal (OSMO Mobile 2) with the side by side footage of the GoPro HERO 8 filmed on just a cheap selfie stick.

The GoPro HERO 5 footage is dramatically better when stabilised on the gimbal, some may even say, cinematic!

I wouldn't go that far, being just a humble YouTuber who until recently filmed all my YouTube videos on an iPhone 7, never been to film school or taken any special courses etc. But still managed to get some pretty decent footage out of both the GoPro HERO 8 and more surprisingly the GoPro HERO 5.
