In celebration of the opening of the YMCA’s new Northside Women’s Wellness Center, Black History Month, and American Heart Month; we are pleased to share the inaugural YMCA Virtual Women’s Wellness Speaker Series.

This series is presented by the YMCA of Central New York, following up on interests expressed by community residents engaged by Northside UP, St. Joseph’s Health; and the many community partners that collaborated in the creation of the new YMCA Northside Women’s Wellness Center.

The February 2021 YMCA Virtual Women’s Wellness Speaker Series will focus on topics at the intersection of women’s wellness, health and wellness topics affecting the Black community, and caring for the heart. Our speakers include women medical providers, health professionals, and community wellness experts who have first-hand experience of the transformative potential of building a life of wellness.
