Orikum, Vlore, 20 July 2013- The Fair was an initiative of the Independent Women Forum- established by Aulona Center, branch of ACPD, through the support of Olof Palme Center, financed by Sweden. The fair was an activity realized under the project "Mobilizing women for community development". By promoting the family tourism and the traditional cuisine, it helped the unrepresented/unemployed women in this area, (re-valuated by the seasonal tourist and the community) build self esteem, feel enthusiastic and understand that community development cannot be realized without women development.
